Overview
The Treasury Services Banker II will increase the Treasury Services Accountportfolio while referring prospective business and individual clients tointernal business partners. Aggressively market Treasury Services products anddeposits through both independent sales calling efforts and networking, aswell as following up on leads provided through Commercial Bankers.Responsibilities
Drive new business development within the Treasury Services area.Develop client relationship strategies to increase the Bank's market shareof Treasury products and services.Meet or exceed all goals and targets related to the identification andacquisition of new clients.Structure Treasury solutions to maximize opportunities for the Bank as well asto meet individual client needs.Manage and ensure favorable relationships with all existing clients.Provide services, support, coaching and advice to ensure the success ofthe individual client and, as relevant, their respective client companies.Collaborate with the Treasury Services team and Business Bankers to ensureaccurate implementation of all new accounts and services.Build trusted relationships and strategic partnerships with business ownersand other decision makers.Collaborate with internal business partners to analyze, structure andpropose Treasury.Banking solutions for our clients; including pricing based on analysis ofclient needs, problems or competition.Ensure the ongoing development of a favorable reputation for the Bank withincommunity served.Analyze, synthesize and communicate complex data, financial data, andrelated issues in an accurate, objective and straightforward manner.Interact with internal and external clients while providing extraordinaryservice.Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with employees,clients, and vendors.Represent the Bank and the Treasury team in a highly professional manner.Complete job assignments in a professional, timely and efficient manner;organize and prioritize work.Maintain confidentiality; adhere to CrossFirst Bank policies andprocedures; comply with laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Reliable and predictable attendance.Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of commercial bank products and services, with anemphasis on treasury management is required.Demonstrated success as a treasury sales or business development officer in ahigh performing commercial bank environment is required; familiarity withthe local market and region is preferred.Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate long termrelationships and influence others internally and externally.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or workexperience.A Certified Cash Management designation is highly preferred and expectedwithin three years of hire.The pay range for this position in Colorado is typically $130,000 to$170,000 salaried. The actual pay will be based on various factors,including but not limited to work location, qualifications, andexperience. The starting pay may be above or below the stated range.
