Job Description

　　Insight Global's client is seeking 10 REMOTE Career Advisors to join their team in Florida, Texas, Georgia, Indiana and Arizona. These Career Advisors will be helping graduates find employment opportunities and ensuring graduate success in joining healthcare employers in their geographic area.

　　The day to day of this opportunity is to coach them up to be interview ready, work on resumes, identify what compensation, type of job, and what duties that they are looking to do at work that match up to what their degree trained them on. This will include reengaging and finding uncommunicative students, coordinating with the business development team to get graduates to interviews, and helping with candidate closing and control and getting them to day one.

　　All phone, email, text job -- very few inbound phone calls, mostly outbound calls to working graduates to help them find new employment in the healthcare space.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Associates Degree

　　Must be currently located in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Arizona, Texas or Indiana ONLY

　　Ability to begin work 2/19/2024

　　Phone and outbound call experience

　　Previous experience in a metrics-based role null
