Insight Global is looking for a Capital Markets Business Analyst for one of our top financial services clients. This individual will be joining a Capital Markets team within the Risk and Finance Technology space focused on building hedging and trading applications. This role will include some project delivery responsibilities as needed but the overall capital markets product knowledge and overall analysis are the main focuses. In the role, this individual will be responsible all project tasks and delivery, while also being responsible for creating business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, analyzing financial risk factors and implementing derivatives, resource allocation charts and other project documents. Additionally, this role will be heavy on the product side of the business so the ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of all related responsibilities. The candidate needs to be a hungry, go-getter individual who is willing and wanting to learn on a growing team. Candidate must have very strong communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

6-10 years of experience as a Capital Markets Business Analyst

Strong Capital Markets product knowledge (Interest Rate Derivatives, Bonds, Fixed Income, Swaps, Repos, Options, Cash flows, Risk Calculations, etc.)

Experience working with technology teams

Experience with project delivery tasks and responsibilities

Must be a go-getter / hungry attitude Must have excellent written and verbal, communication, as well as professionalism Previous BOA experience CFA Level 1 or CFA Level 2 certifications (MAJOR PLUS would highly prefer this)

Python scripting experience (HIGHLY PREFERRED) null
