This employee will provide technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks to include: Vulnerability scanning, SCAP scanning, and responding to STIG checklists. Additional duties include supporting system hardening efforts and documenting results. May also assist with enterprise services to include: computer networking support/cyber security, IT system installation and maintenance. Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance at the Secret level. Ability to obtain a CompTIA Security+ certification within six months of joining the program.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　High School diploma, or equivalent

　　Proficient in Microsoft Excel

　　Good working knowledge of Linux based

　　systems and command line usage.

　　Positive attitude and a willingness to learn a

　　variety of new skills and tools.

　　Ability to learn effectively, work well in a team,

　　communicate, and have a good work ethic

　　Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

　　Desired Skills:

　　High School course work or lab experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable: cybersecurity, software, robotics or other competition teams related to engineering projects.

　　Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Power Point.

　　Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

　　Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

　　Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

　　Pay Rate:

　　The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

　　Pay Rate:

　　The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $24,100 - $43,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
