Play a central role throughout the different phases of the product life cycle for wafer inspection tools. Understand customers' use-case and work with groups to define the requirements. Responsible for technology evaluation and selection, specifications development, product validation, verification, transfer to manufacturing, and support of customer ramp. Develop and release new options, features or cost reduction improvements that provide value to internal and external customers. Release and support product enhancements effectively. Maintain and coordinate daily schedules, prioritize system usage, and support all functions of the tool, which include weekly health checks, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, system calibrations, upgrades, revision control, testing, debugging and data analysis of measurement performance. Complete the initial diagnosis of any system issue. Work with experts in optics, laser, stage, loader, image computer, and algorithms to assist in resolving issues. Utilize engineering expertise to develop KLA's suite of products. Travel may be required. Salary range: $139,577 - $144,200 per year.
