About Recruiter

  is seeking a Recruiter. This position will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for defense and commercial opportunities. The Recruiter will be an integral part of supporting business strategy and execution of programs that support immediate and contingent hiring efforts. The successful candidate will also be expected to have the ability to diversify their recruiting strategies to accommodate multiple business groups.

  What You'll Do

  Engage in creative and targeted sourcing strategies to help identify and attract candidatesMaintain a network of contacts and leverage multiple sourcing tools and technologies, including but not limited to, personal networking, direct sourcing, cold-calling, employee referrals, social media, career fairs, and the applicant tracking system (ATS)Manage full recruiting cycle from research to candidate identification, interviews, and negotiationsBuild and maintain relationships with hiring managers across assigned focus areasActively manage candidate experience to ensure highest quality experience through all recruitment stagesDevelop a thorough and deep understanding of the projects and services within our DoD and commercial business portfoliosProvide continuous and open communication to hiring team regarding recruitment effortsExercise effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skillsChampion SRC's culture of diversity and inclusion while ensuring a positive customer/candidate experienceWhat You'll Bring

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline6+ years of experience in a recruiting or human resources positionStrong attention to detail and impeccable organizational skillsExcellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities, and successfully meet deadlinesWell-versed in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Desire to become part of an inclusive, collaborative teamPreferred Requirements

  Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $70,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
