The Accenture Marketing + Communications Planning & Operations team seeks a highly motivated and collaborative analyst for our M+C Initiatives team. This person will support Global M+C Initiatives lead with the MOS (Management Operating System) for the following critical initiatives from a program and project management standpoint. Specifically, organize cadence of standard discussions/connections, maintenance of control processes/metrics for optimized execution, and overall support a consistent, effective, and proactive function within M+C Intelligent Services Planning & Operations to benefit M+C globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Roles Management: Maintain access control for the Roles Database Blueprint (RDB); support the RDB tool admin to contribute to it being the single source of truth for M+C leadership, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and others who rely on the M+C roles blueprint; Work directly with Function Planning & Programs leads regarding the roles that they are responsible for to ensure data accuracy; Interface with anybody who needs to make a change to a role(s)/the blueprint and ensure the appropriate people are involved; support ad-hoc requests which may involve Workday reports
Contractor Management: Facilitate the procurement, onboarding, offboarding of and reporting on contractors who provide marketing support on a regional and global level; Guide the selection and use of external contractors across global M+C by providing a seamless, uncomplicated, white-glove service that takes the guesswork out of accessing and acquiring suitable talent.
Information Security (IS): Support Global M+C IS lead with ad-hoc audit actions specific to Archer, annual and ad-hoc refreshes of the Asset Register and Risk Assessment; maintain regularly the assets that are Confidential, Highly Confidential, and Restricted; support new assets that need to be registered in Archer; support IS Advocate program.
Organizational Charts: Work directly with Function Planning & Programs leads regarding the roles that they are responsible for to ensure data accuracy for key data to create Group Org Reports; coordinate and support the M+C Org Charts with Planning & Program Leads.
Policies: Support Global M+C Policies lead with maintaining all M+C policies online in the Accenture Policies site; involved with the annual refresh as well as throughout the year based on compliance guidelines and activities set by the Global Policies team; establish working relationships with all policy content contacts as well as global Policies team to rewrite, get sign off and approvals as well as work with the policies team to get all of the changes implemented.
Records Retention Schedule: Support the Global M+C RRS lead with the corporate records retention schedules and procedures following ARIM (Accenture Records and Information Management) standards and guidelines.
World 50: Support with the annual process of confirming Sr. Accenture Leadership for World 50 memberships as well as contract signing and facilitating payments; maintain relationships with World 50 main contacts throughout the year.
Required Experience:
Two or four-year university degree (or equivalent work experience)
Two or more years of work experience in a corporate environment with a focus on operations and/or project management
Experience in a matrixed professional services or business-to-business (B2B) organization is a plus
Accenture experience is preferred but not required
Change Management experience helpful
