Description

　　Robert Half is partnering with an organization seeking a highly skilled Sales Order Specialist. You will be responsible for processing external customer orders in the assigned region, ensuring compliance, and managing the internal order process to facilitate the order-to-delivery journey. This is a contract to hire position, 100% on-site in Raleigh, NC.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process external customer orders in the ERP system (originated from CRM or direct orders).

　　Check customer order compliance and accuracy.

　　Manage internal purchase orders in ERP (drop shipment/special order).

　　Ensure data accuracy in ERP, including sales order items, prices, and dates.

　　Handle customer order changes or cancellations in ERP.

　　Send customer Sales Order confirmations.

　　Communicate with customers about administrative progress (order status).

　　Follow up on Sales Order on-time delivery.

　　Support the Center of Excellence (CoE) with delivery documents (e.g., proforma invoice).

　　Perform ERP maintenance, including updates and customer pricelist updates.

　　Add customer cross-references in the system.

　　1-3 years of previous experience in order management.
