Primary responsibilities include: 50% resource development andorganizational sustainability, 20% marketing the impact of the arts andoutreach, 30% program and organizational oversight and management.Responsibilities and Duties Leadership -Translate the organization\'sJET-centered mission and strategic plan goals into specific objectives,program plans and metrics that nurture commitment to The Arts Center\'svision, values, purpose and direction. -Lead an experienced andcohesive, paid and volunteer staff responsible for the delivery ofdistinctive and integrated mission-driven arts programs. -Work with theboard to aid them as ambassadors of the organization. ResourceDevelopment -Donor/member stewardship - Foster members\' sense ofpurpose, share support impacts with donors, and steward large gifts togrow endowment funding. -Resource Development - Working with staffevaluate the impacts of TAC\'s work for the highestreturn-on-investment, obtain funding and build resources that supportsustainable program and operational growth through grant implementationand other sources. -Legacy Giving - Work to support our mission and growlong-term, sustaining support of the organization in partnership withstaff at the Benton Community Foundation. Organizational Development andOversight -Program collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships - Assessand engage with potential collaborators and sponsors in alignment withour mission and create mutually beneficial relationships that developinto long-term partnerships. -Management \' Maintain, manage, evaluateand develop The Arts Center operations and staff. -Budget and FiscalResponsibilities \' Develop sustainable budgets and budget forecasts forprogram and operational growth and employ best practice fiscalmanagement with Board approval and oversight. -Marketing - Increaseaccess, communication, and engagement with our diverse communitiesthrough key networks of members, media, and the public. Required Skillsand Experience: Leadership Demonstrates commitment to justice, equityand transparency in practice and as a leader. Demonstrates experience intranslating an organization\'s mission into specific objectives,strategic plans and metrics that have advanced equitable access andengagement in the arts. Resource Development / Fundraising Proven recordof implementing successful resource development strategies, with focuson donor stewardship. Demonstrates effective, mutually beneficialrelationship building. Management Experience leading paid and volunteerstaff and board in meaningful mission-driven work that advancesstrategic goals and objectives. Demonstrates resourcebuilding/management needed to sustain programs and operations andaccomplish objectives. Experience creating a gratifying work climatewith shared goals, regular evaluations and appreciation for worksuccesses Education/Experience Requirements Minimum five years executivemanagement experience. Desired Qualities, Skills, Experience MA, BA orCertification in Arts Administration, Non-profit or equivalentexperience.
