Job Description

　　o Onsite Network Infrastructure Support & Ongoing Maintenance

　　o Coordinate activity with outsource partners managing switches, routers, firewalls, and access points

　　o Manage Oracle Commercial and Gov Cloud tenancy , including connectivity to tenancy, configuration of tenancy and management of servers within the tenancy. This requires coordination with other support partners working in the tenancies

　　o Maintain and troubleshoot voice and data cabling including terminations, data ports, VLANS, analog, digital and IP phones, and other network devices.

　　o Support operational technology (OT) factory infrastructure, i.e. Moxa routers and environmental probes. This may include programming and troubleshooting

　　o Provide customer facing support to site employees and contractors for supported technologies

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5+ networking engineering experience

　　Cisco routers/ switches & Palo Alto firewalls

　　Wireless networking and voice (Webex, Avaya) Professional Services background null
