Duties include,but are not limited to, preparing foods and kitchen for the day,including chopping, cutting, pulling food from walk-ins, startingequipment, etc., preparing and cooking foods/meals (in advance and toorder) according to recipes, serving prepared meals to waitstaff,cleaning work areas, floors, equipment, utensils, dishes, mats, etc.(and occasional and end-of-season deep cleaning), closing kitchen at theend of the night by cleaning, taking care of food and waste, takinggarbage out, and shutting off all equipment. Hours/work schedule: 40+hrs./wk., Monday-Sunday (1-2 days off, varies), multiple shiftsavailable from as early as 7AM to as late as 11:59PM.\$18.00-\$21.00/hr., overtime possible at \$27.00-\$31.50/hr.; temporaryfull-time (04/01/24-10/31/24). No minimum education required; two monthscommercial kitchen experience required and must be able to lift 50pounds; on-the-job training provided; performance-based bonus and/orraise possible. Optional employer-provided housing at \$175/weekdeducted from bi-weekly pay and \$25/week rebate if worker completes theentire employment period. \$150 security deposit deducted once frombi-weekly pay if employee opts into employer-provided housing. Paidbi-weekly using a single workweek as the standard for computing wagesdue. Standard payroll deductions as required by law.
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging)to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workersreimbursed, if worker completes half the employment period; the amountfor daily subsistence will be at least \$15.46 per day during travel toa maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts; return transportation willbe provided if the worker completes the employment period or isdismissed early by the employer. Reimbursement within one week after thestart of work of visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred bythe H-2B worker. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equalto at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of thetotal employment period. The employer will provide workers, at nocharge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
