Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Reliability Engineer who has knowledge of and experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) within a US NAVY Non-Propulsion Electronic System (NPES) context. This person will support generation of Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Reports (FACAR) report(s) as well as the support of establishment and maintenance of a Failure Reporting Analysis Corrective Action System (FRACAS).

Support of Failure Modes, Effects, Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and generation of a FEMA report.

Support creation of a shipboard Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) list to optimize Operational Availability (OA) at minimum cost to identify the Shipboard Spares Allowance List for each Submarine Class and Technical Insertion.

Support recommendations on quantities of OBRPs INCOs (through RBS analysis).

Support development and maintenance of Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) for inclusion in ILS product delivery.

Knowledge of and experience with the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and familiarity with MIL-STD-3034 and each of the 12 steps of the RCM process (NAVSEA 04 RCM Level II a plus).

Knowledge of and experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) in S1000D format a plus. Relevant Logistics Training/Certifications through DAU (such as LOG 0300 Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and associated courses) a plus.

Knowledge of and experience with AN/BQQ-10(V) Sonar systems a plus.
