An enterprise company is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA. This Product Manager is a pivotal role that ensures the alignment of strategic technology initiatives with business goals. By collaborating with various stakeholders and IT departments, this Product Manager spearheads system enhancements that contribute to the business's value. Central to this role is the focus on streamlining processes from Quote to Cash and Issue to Resolution, enhancing service delivery across multiple streams, and fostering operational efficiency. They will required to work cross-functionally, standardize project delivery, and implement effective intake and delivery processes is crucial for driving continuous improvement and achieving predictable business outcomes. This role is hybrid in San Diego.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of product management experience with Salesforce

OR if less than 5 years experience, 3+ years experience in Salesforce with Salesforce certs

-Agile experience

-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

-Familiarity with integrations

-Experience managing delivery teams, business transformation teams and program management -Healthcare or life sciences background null
