Job Summary
The Marketing Head role would be responsible for the marketing of multiple therapies in Bangladesh.
Areas Of Responsibility
Driving the marketing and strategic brand management activities for Bangladesh
Accountable for working with the team to develop country-specific marketing plans to meet short & long-term objectives
Responsible for managing sales forecasts and budget planning (Revenue and Expense)
Strategic therapy and brand planning, execution, and control
New product identification and launch
Cross-functional collaboration (sales/purchase/medical/regulatory etc)
Conceptualize and execute differential specific marketing strategies to gain MS
To develop, control, and lead the local marketing team to achieve short-term priorities and long-term objectives
To achieve a 100% success rate on the implementation of planned strategies in alignment with the Sales team
Responsible for KOL management and development
Quarterly review meetings with the country manager thereby getting detailed business insights across various territories and therapies
Regular cycle meetings in the country
Guide and coach team members to ensure high performance and consistent delivery of goals in a matrix structure

BSc/B Pharma, MBA (Marketing)

Marketing and Selling Skills, Strategic thinking and problem-solving, Strong Leadership and people management / mentoring skills, good communication skills
Language
Native Bengali speaking (Reading, Writing and Speaking) is essential
Experience
More than 12+ years in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Sales
