We are seeking a high impact senior leader in our global Sales Operations organization with extensive experience and demonstrated success optimizing sales processes and effectively applying customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
As the Director of Sales Efficiency and CRM, you will have a track record of growing efficiency and mobility across a sales organization. The Director will lead a team of business process owners / authorities and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across both tools and processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
Transform our CRM platform from being a transactional tool to an environment capable of supporting a coordinated customer relationship management solution enabling business value across the organization.
Coordinating the strategic and operational aspects of our Salesforce platform. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, improve data integrity, and drive overall sales performance.
Deep understanding of Salesforce.com, strong leadership skills, and a passion for demonstrating technology to achieve business goals.
Optimize customer facing processes by using Salesforce CRM to enable the field organization to spend more time with their customer.
Drive process optimization and lead all aspects of process deployment enabling the sales organization to become more agile and mobile.
Collaborate with sales teams and other collaborators to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Own the end-to-end deployment of Salesforce and supporting tools, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems, working with the IT organizations to provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce, including resolving issues.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce by sales teams.
Enable an environment that supports the integration and utilization of Generative AI within Micron.
Provide effective leadership to a team of business process re-engineers, guiding them through the vital change management associated with this activity.
Education and Qualifications:
Experience with key sales processes, including revenue management, demand creation, samples, and opportunity management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce.com administrator and/or leader in a sales Operations environment.
Solid understanding of Salesforce.com architecture, data models, and standard methodologies.
Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize while driving change within an organization.
Effective leadership skills with experience managing a team of business process re-engineers and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally utilizing cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to optimally sell ideas internally as well as train and support users.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$147,500.00 - $307,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
