Title:
Logistics Trainer 3
KBR is seeking a Logistics Trainer 3 to support the United States Space Force's (USSF) Satellite Control Network (SCN) in Colorado Springs. The SCN provides highly reliable and secure data transfer, telemetry, tracking, command, control, and communications (TT&C3) for more than 195 Department of Defense (DoD), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), civil, and allied satellites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops, tests, maintains, and delivers training programs and related materials in support of relatively complex products and procedures and/or for a major area or customer. Establishes and/or reviews course content and objectives. May provide work leadership for lower-level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs.

Maintain awareness of evolving training tools and methods and extant challenges to identify areas of concern or improvement.

Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates.
Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners.
Ability to facilitate meeting and briefing Program and Government personnel.
Ability to create training documentation.
Desire to work in a fast paced, mission-focused environment.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years training experience.
Security Clearance:
Secret (or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance)
Basic Compensation:
$75,000 - $94,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
