Description

　　Robert Half is searching for a Help Desk Analyst who can support a public utility agency based in Everett, WA. This Help Desk Analyst will be required to assist end-users with hardware and software technical issues. This position is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend that is 100% Onsite. 　　Job Details:

　　Duration: 3 months contract (potential to extend)

　　Location: 100% Onsite in Everett, WA

　　Work Schedule: M-F Core Business Hours

　　Job Duties:

　　Install and configure desktop software, ensure seamless installation and configuration of desktop software

　　Provide technical support for District staff members facing computer-related challenges

　　Assist end users, over the phone and in-person, with compute cell phone-, and smart-phone-related problems

　　Document equipment assignments, returns, and any related information to keep track of inventory

　　Receive packages and upload packing slips into the ticketing tool

　　Update the asset management tool with audit findings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the inventory database

　　Requirements

　　3+ years of experience in a Help Desk related role

　　Proven experience in supporting a ticketing system

　　Familiarity with Mobile device support (Iphone/Ipad/Laptop)

　　Skilled in deploying hardware and handling workstation set up

　　Experienced in monitoring equipment inventory
