Report all accidents and near misses in a timely manner when they occur.

　　Your Responsibilities

　　• Participate in continuous improvement programs and activities.

　　• Perform clerical duties such as meeting agendas & minutes, memos, reports, and presentations.

　　• Generate reports and provide updates as necessary for management regarding MAFACT (Manga’s operating system) and lean manufacturing systems: MAFACT action log, MAFACT assessment evidence files, Lean Thinker System, Winning Teams System, MConnect, 5S, etc.

　　• Assist in writing and maintenance of Standard Work documents.

　　• Coordinate training activities.

　　• Maintain confidentiality of all information and data transacted in the daily performance of your job responsibilities.

　　Who we are looking for

　　• Ability to read, write and speak English effectively along with basic mathematical skills required.

　　• Must have experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point software applications.

　　• QAD experience preferred.

　　• Must be detail orientated have strong organizational skills and the ability to self-educate and prioritize tasks.
