Renhill Group is currently recruiting Substitute Custodians for Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Schools for the 2023-2024 school year.This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year.Qualified candidates must be able to provide verifiable previous experience in cleaning/maintenance, as well as demonstrate knowledge of basic safe practices and sanitary cleaning procedures.

　　Physically able to bend, balance, stoop, stretch, climb, crouch, kneel, reach, stand, and lift up to 70 poundsFamiliar with building systems such as alarms and HVACDry mop/wash floors, clean furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, lockers, partitions, light fixtures, and display casesAbility to read MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) informationPerform minor repairsPerform preventive maintenance activitiesMonitor, regulate, and inspect HVAC equipment
