　　*This is a work from home position. Our client is seeking Sales Representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT.

　　You will assist customers through the application and signature process and help minimize loan withdrawals by overcoming customer's concerns and selling the customer on features and benefits the company offers. You must be comfortable taking direction and able to think on your feet.

　　What you'll be doing:

　　Effectively handle calls by guiding customers through the loan application process

　　Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clear understanding of the features and benefits of Enova's products and services

　　Initiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan application

　　Ensure excellent customer service through excellent verbal and written communication

　　Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills so you can connect with customers over the phone and take clear notes in our computer system

　　A desire to create a top-notch customer service experience

　　The capability to independently problem solve

　　Ability to deescalate complex customer interactions

　　Pay and Benefits:

　　$16.00 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn a performance based bonus!

　　Full-time, permanent position! This is a direct hire position.

　　Schedule 1: Saturday - Wednesday 9:00am-5:30pm (off Thu-Fri)

　　Schedule 2: Mon-Fri 11:15am-8:00pm

　　*Hours are CST (Central Standard Time)

　　*We only offer set full-time schedules (no part-time or flexible schedules).
