Description

　　•Bachelor or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines.

　　•4+ years of IT infrastructure operations experience or server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting experience.

　　•Experienced in computer, Server, Storage or Network hardware troubleshooting.

　　•Good in written and verbal communication English.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　•Incident first responder and onsite hands on support

　　•Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline

　　•Maintain proper IT operations according to process guideline
