Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Interim Chief Operations Officer in the industry sector at our Salt Lake City, Utah location. This role primarily involves managing and improving operations across all departments, including Sales, Logistics, Operations, Administration, and Finance/Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all organizational operations, ensuring alignment with our objectives and strategies.

• Facilitate effective communication among Sales, Logistics, Operations, Administration, and Finance/Accounting teams.

• Involve directly in client-related interactions, ensuring quick and efficient issue resolution.

• Optimize logistics operations, with a particular focus on warehouse management.

• Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce systems for improved operational efficiency and data management.

• Participate in C-suite meetings each quarter to offer strategic input and ensure alignment with the company's goals.

• Handle the management of essential operations across all departments.

• Guide key processes in Sales, Logistics, Operations, Administration, and Finance/Accounting. Requirements • Proven expertise in Logistics and Global Logistics

• Solid experience in Manufacturing and Global Manufacturing

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for various operational tasks

• Experience in Salesforce Administration

• Comprehensive understanding of Business Operations

• Extensive knowledge in Operations and Operations Administration

• Familiarity with Operations Finance and Operations Management

• Proficiency in Logistics Distribution

• Excellent skills in Client Relations

• Strong Communication skills

• Understanding of Global Compliance requirements and standards
