　　About the role

　　As the Indirect Commodity Manager for Carrier, you’ll be responsible to achieve a cost reduction program on indirect spend by setting the baseline, analysing the spend & defines potentials to reach the targeted cost reduction. You’ll drive the indirect cost savings initiatives and owns budgeting, reporting & forecasting of the above. You’ll also negotiate and implement European SC contracts.

　　Requirements

　　We are looking for people with passion for communication, who are creative, proactive and have analytical thinking. If this is you, get in touch!

　　As a minimum you must have:

　　5+ years of experience in indirect sourcing from medium-large international organizations

　　User knowledge of Excel & Word

　　English language (use on daily basis)

　　Willingness to travel

　　Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

　　Degree in Technical/Engineering Field

　　SAP

　　Czech language

　　Responsibilities

　　As an Indirect Commodity Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

　　Secures on time deliveries of programs and avoids disruptions

　　Supports to meet customers’ expectations (alle S&D entities) by maximizing standardization with remaining flexibility

　　Drive cost savings initiative on Indirect spend

　　Owns budgeting, reporting & forecasting of the above

　　Drive payment term expansion

　　Establishes a good network within the SC area’s leaders

　　Secures continuity – optimalisation of the resources available

　　Initiates & drives standardization in processes – materials from a SC perspective

　　Optimize – Rationalize the existing supply base (Dual sourcing, Contract management)

　　Coordinate and manage identified projects (including benchmark studies and sharing best practice)
