We are looking for a HR Trainee to join our team in Szeged.
What You'll Do Organizing personnel documents, maintaining personnel folders Registration of labor and tax allowance related documents (scanning, filing, archiving) Keeping contact with payroll company and providing data for them Coordinating vacation workflow, checking related documentations, providing data to responsible teams Maintaining Cafeteria documentation Controlling of the HR related employee benefits in internal systems Performing background checks for the employees Managing employee's data, maintain the database Managing HR related post Other ad hoc administrative tasks from management What You Have
