Description We are searching for an experienced HR Generalist for our team located in Newport Beach, California. This individual will play a crucial role in our real estate investment firm, handling a diverse range of responsibilities such as setting up different states, workers compensation, payroll taxes, and employee reimbursements. This role also requires knowledge of HR guidelines and compliance, employment law, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up different states, workers compensation, and payroll taxes for our real estate investment firm

• Handling employee reimbursements promptly and accurately

• Applying extensive knowledge of HR guidelines and compliance to ensure our firm operates within legal standards

• Keeping up to date with new rules and regulations in the field of HR, ensuring our firm remains compliant

• Managing benefits administration, including new hires, terminations, manual processes, and leave of absence

• Utilizing skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Employee Relations to effectively carry out duties

• Assisting with talent acquisition and other ad hoc duties as required. Requirements • Role requires proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary

• Should have knowledge of Ceridian and HRMS software

• Experience with About Time software is preferred

• Must be capable of handling Benefit Functions

• Knowledge of Compensation Administration is required

• Must understand and adhere to Compliance regulations

• Experience in Employee Relations is necessary

• Should have ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
