Our maintenance tasks range from standard repairs (replace locks, fixleaks, replace toilets, etc.) to apartment turn over, painting, HVACtroubleshooting & maintenance, roofing, plumbing, electrical, etc.Skills in some of the above, but not all, are required.
The ideal candidate will be able to work alone and responsibly byobserving all health and safety guidelines while efficiently completingand documenting work.
