This is a Part-time position, hired by and directly accountable to the Board through its elected Board President and Board Members.Responsibilities and Duties:Direct and coordinate all PEAK OF HOPE activities necessary to fulfill our mission including, but not limited to, the following:Program Management:• Maintains ultimate oversight for all PEAK OF HOPE programs and the development of new programs.• Maintain oversight of multiple shelter locations.• Attends and participates in PEAK OF HOPE Board of Trustees, Coordinators, Committee and other meetings as needed.• Effectively manages volunteers directly and through the delegation of support via staff.• Ensures communication between PEAK OF HOPE, Board of Trustees, staff, volunteers and the community• Responsible for creating and coordinating the coverage schedule.• Develop and enhance public relations with faith house leaders both in and outside the local community and agency partners.• Responsible for maintaining the Peak of Hope shelter, as a warm and inviting environment for program families and ensuring staff or volunteer coverage at all times.• On-call to resolve issues with the current guests, staff and volunteers (with the exception of designated time-off). Stays informed of all significant case management developments.• Caring interaction with guest families and their children; maintain frequent presence with staff and guests.Fiscal Responsibility:Fund Development in collaboration with the Board of Trustees:• Fund development through grants, corporate sponsors, private donations, annual appeal, government funding sources, and special events.• Orchestrate fundraising events with support of Board, staff, and volunteers.• Identify opportunities for special events that have the potential of raising funds, image, visibility, and volunteer involvement.• Encourages the Board to identify funders, act on connections, or make introductions.• Design and implement appropriate donor acknowledgment and recognition.• Ensure adherenc
