JOB SUMMARY:
Partners and supports the strategic directions of the company by aligning programs on organizational development and industrial relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensures effective communication and conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Contribute to creating positive relationships between management, employees and other stakeholders while promoting fair and productive workplace practices.
Industrial Relations
Primary point of contact for all industrial relations matters.Develop and implement communication strategies to maintain an effective employee relations in the plant.Manage and provide recommendations on industrial relations issues such as employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Implement orientations and trainings to employees and service providers (if needed) on Company policies and Ethics management program. Collaborate with Compliance, Legal department, and other stakeholders to develop policies, procedures that align with industrial relations standard.
Organizational Development
Support leadership development, analyse related data and recommend strategies. Ensure effective communication and consultation processes to build employee engagement.Implement performance management process, continuous improvement strategy of HR processes, communication plans.Research and provide best practices relevant to current talent and organization development process.Monitor HR KPIs and propose countermeasures or programs to achieve them.Develop and implement coaching and mentoring strategy to support employee development, i.e. achievement of development plans.Implement initiatives that will foster a high-performance culture; design/facilitate in-house events as required.
Education/Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalentAt least 6-8 years working experience as HR Generalists with intensive exposure and significant track record on OD and Industrial relations.Applicants with experience in the Manufacturing industry are preferred.With above average presentation, coaching and collaboration skillsSound knowledge of the Philippine labor law and other industrial relations and relevant regulations.Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsLives and models the TE values (Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Inclusion, and Innovation)Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.Good interpersonal skills as well as written and communication skills.High organizational acumen (understanding of governance, culture, administration, and organizational goals).Highly ethical, growth mindset and bias for actionProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
