　　Job Overview

　　The position is to manageProduction, Quality & Delivery on time Working with ME & Technician team to Implement Kaizen / Poka-Yoke technics in production line to improve productivity and quality, Push or guide operators to achieve set line targets

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Maintain Shop discipline, Absenteeism, unnecessary movements of operators.

　　Responsible for Production, Quality & Delivery on time

　　Allotment of work for operators

　　Ensure Material availability for present & next PO

　　Optimum utilization of human resources.

　　Overtime work recommendation/planning during production criticality.

　　Ensure housekeeping of M/c’s & Work centres.

　　Ensure Material variances within specified limit.

　　Return of in-process & by-product scrap.

　　Timely closure of NCA's

　　Updating of daily production status board.

　　Verification of UT, Scrap sheet.

　　Coordinate with ME for Training & Certification.

　　Updating of Skill matrix (safety products), in coordination with ME.

　　Poka-yoke & kaizen implementation & Participation

　　5S+1 auditing in coordination with core member.

　　Years of Experience

　　At Least 3 years of Experienced as Assembly Leader in Manufacturing
