PAY: $19.25/Hour. Increase to $20.00 once permanent. $24.06/Hour in shift differential pay for hours after 6:00pm & on weekend shifts
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday between 5:00am-9:00pm (8-Hour Shift). Pick top 3 schedule choices after accepting offer.
REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of Customer Service in Call Center or Patient Facing Setting
JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is a customer service call center position with a 24/7 virtual primary practice care. 100% inbound calls (50-60 per day), and chats & emails regarding patients healthcare account. Will answer questions on insurance/billing, schedule & rescheduling appointment with primary physician, medical records, & prior authorizations.
