  The Role: We are looking for a highly accomplished business professional to lead the Sales Team for our Video Ads Business. As a senior leader, you will drive sales and adoption of our video ads solutions across all advertiser categories and have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Amazon’s video ads in India.

  You will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape especially video/ TV advertising. You will own advertiser and agency relationships, build GTM strategies and drive revenue for the business. To achieve success, you will work very closely with the India Ads Leadership, WW ads teams, Prime video team, program teams, marketing, product and other cross-functional teams.

  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building partnerships and working in a complex, cross functional environment. He/she must also possess strong communications skills and the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to internal and external stakeholders. He/she will have a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win!

  Key job responsibilities

  Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the ad sales leadership, helping to drive overall Amazon Advertising revenue and drive business growth for video.

  • Establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with brands

  • Work closely with IN and WW teams to understand the various existing products, drive prioritisation basis customer need and focus on needle moving inputs.

  • Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers.

  Basic Qualifications

  12+ years of B2B sales experience

  Experience managing teams

  Experience hiring and retaining sales talent

  Experience building new customer relationships

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals

  Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
