Description:
A Sales Consultant at company is responsible for presenting the company Promise for a completely satisfying turn-key installation of replacement windows to homeowners. Achieving individual sales goals by presenting a compelling case for customers. Understanding customer wants and needs is critical and the ability to translate our product offerings to match will help you be successful in this role. Striving for a first-time close and planning for and delivering effective follow up on the rest. Proactively seeking out new referrals through customer relationship networking will help you be successful in this role.
-Deliver a detailed sales presentation.
-Prepare and present a price quote before leaving each appointment.
-Follow up and respond to all customer questions within 24 hours.
-Be available for customer appointments during evenings and Saturdays, in addition to weekday hours.
-Reach out to sales leads and schedule in home appointments. Will travel to customers home to discuss product/service.
-Close on first sales call
-Leads will come from but 30-40% of leads would be self generated by networking, referrals, trade shows, home and garden shows
Hours:
Monday-Friday
Remote role from home - sometimes will need to come into the office for meetings in Rockford.
2-3 appointments per a day with customers on the road.
once a month might need to work Sat appointment but would be given Friday afternoon off.
if they don't have an appointment, then they would be working from home.
