"Our client is a financial firm, and they are seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team.Responsibilities:- Layout and design marketing presentations, articles, templates and graphics for clients and firm- Transform text and data into compelling designs and infographics, while optimizing impact across devices and collateral formats- Create branded materials for in-person and virtual events- Provide design expertise and assist in decision-making for creative projects- Update firm quals decks, edit employee portraits, tombstones and templates as needed- Assist in the organization and dissemination of brand information, stock images and collateral- Review finalized materials to ensure no errors and all prepared materials are compliant and consistent with firm standards and regulatory policies- Champion the continuity of and adherence to brand identity and standards across collateral- Meet with team members and interface with bankers to determine requirements / vision for slides, elements and key concepts- Organize graphics queue to streamline projects; work with Director of Marketing to track requests, manage workstreams and collaborate with creative consultants as neededQualifications:- 5+ years of graphic design or similar experience- Experience with financial or professional services firms- Strong writing and interpersonal skills, must have excellent attention to detail- Superior Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign- Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams- Able to prioritize, multi-task and respond to requests in a timely fashion- Able to work independently and effectively in a dynamic work environment with a lean staff- Able to work effectively amid urgent requests and interruptions, and handle frequently changing and/or unscheduled tasks with accuracy- Experience with WordPress, CRMs, Email Campaigns and Splash strongly preferredOur client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
