Description As a Front-End Developer you will be working on a wide variety of projects including landing pages, HTML email templates, custom themes, plugins and more. You will be working closely with cross-functional departments across the organization, including business stakeholders, product managers, software engineers, marketers, etc. You will be able to contribute to presentations and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver work that is mobile-first, responsive and aligns with technical and accessibility standards. The front-end development teams have access to the software engineering and tech teams across the organization to stay on top of the latest technologies and trends.

Collaborate with other developers to design, develop, test, implement and support new front-end applications, systems, and tools
Technical leadership on client projects
Apply proper design principles to projects and frameworks
Help recruit and hire new Engineers- Help with internal documentation, training, and other special projects, as required
Provide accurate estimates of features
Clearly and effectively collaborate with internal and external clients
Architect dynamic data-driven web experiences using various web-based APIs
Complete other duties as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of client credentials, components of statistical work, client documents and interfacing of their systems
Collaborate with cross-functional team members and teams
Maintain and modify existing applications
Guide web engineers to help them develop their technical proficiencies
Observe and track the latest developments and direction of web-based platforms
Create development standards and process improvements Requirements
Knowledgeable in multiple development methodologies
Minimum 2 years' experience in architecting and delivering complex web-based applications
Minimum 3 years' experience working with common web frameworks
Minimum 5 years' experience working as a developer writing code
Skilled in communicating complex solutions to external clients, in a way that non-technical stakeholders would understand
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
Must be able to go to Cincinnati when needed- potentially up to 2-3x a week. This client does not support those who require sponsorship now or in the future.
