About Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Workvivo

  Must be located in Boston, MA or Denver, CO area and able to commute into a physical office regularly

  What you can expect:

  You will support Enterprise-level customers from onboarding them onto the Workvivo platform to customer success management. Exceptional Project Management skills are essential as you will be working with large customer accounts. You will conduct regular Executive Business Reviews and checkpoints with C-suite customers and executive leadership. About the Team We are a high performing, energetic, collaborative team. We work hard but don't take ourselves too seriously.

  What we’re looking for:

  Experience onboarding, training and supporting global enterprise-level customers (15,000 employees and above)

  Possess experience conducting Executive Business Reviews and checkpoints with C-suite customers and executive leadership

  Experience leading technology solution implementations and consulting with customers on their internal communication and employee engagement strategy

  Have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills

  Experience conducting success plans for your customers and ensure adoption, expansion and loyalty

  Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment

  Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

  Minimum:

  $105,600.00

  Maximum:

  $195,400.00

  In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

  Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

  We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
