  About the Role

  We are seeking a Division President to join our team and lead our Environmental and Facilities Group of companies. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, influential, and experienced senior leader with extensive experience building market positions in U.S. Federal agencies. This position reports to the SGT President/CEO and is accountable for meeting SGT board-approved goals and objectives like business development, company growth, and financial targets. This senior leader is responsible for directing key division objectives across the group's companies and successfully aligning group goals with SGT strategic initiatives.

  This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the U.S. Some travel (20% of time) will be required, mainly to attend conferences, meet clients, etc.

  Responsibilities

  Create a vision for long term opportunities and set a clear and compelling strategy for the organization.Mentor and lead the experienced Group management team, tasked with delivering client solutions while working to find areas for future growth and new business.Directly support the Group's efforts to drive growth and create new solutions and offerings to meet the developing needs of customers.Implement a business development structure, process strategies, and strategic resource plans to bring together key opportunities throughout the Group.Partner with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals, while supplying expertise and guidance on Group operations and projects.Effectively manage the Group by establishing accurate plans and forecasts; prioritizing efforts; generating short-term results while holding a long-term perspective to achieve overall results.Oversee proposal efforts. Identify, pursue, and participate in teaming agreements, solutions, and win theme strategies.Participate in the corporation's annual fiscal budget process to ensure ongoing PandL evaluation of group companies, maintaining annual targets. Develop strategies to control budget spending, labor efficiency, and propose new solution development to align with operating budget.Requirements

  Required Experience and Skills

  Previous experience with a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) company, preferably an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC), Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) or Indian Tribe.15+ years of related executive-level experience with appropriate Federal government contracting industry experience, preferably in Facilities, Environmental Consulting, or Information Technology.5+ years of experience leading various business development efforts in support of US Federal Government Staff Augmentation Programs.Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside, and within the organization.Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions.Proven track record of working in a high growth, entrepreneurial environment.Ability to work in a Native Corporation multi-business environment.Education and Training

  Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 15 years of experience in US Federal government contracting or equivalent is required; Master's degree in a business-related field or MBA is preferred.Physical Requirements
