What you'll do
You will report to the SVP Go-To-Market and will work closely with both theStrategic Sales team and the Customer Success team for your 1-3 key clientsCreate the overall strategy for the client's program delivery acrossmultiple projectsUnderstand the account in terms of their business model, businesschallenges, and overall customer engagement processesHelp shape client interest in our solutions to solve their urgent businesschallengesEnsure consistent messaging to clients and help gather the voice of the clientinformation to provide feedback to evolve our product and solution offeringsCreate and maintain documented delivery plans which capture the overallproject scope, requirements, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment andrelated mitigation plans, as well as the success metrics to assess progressat each stage in the delivery lifecyclePlan and manage the execution of all customer projects to meet or exceedquality, profitability, stability, timeline, and customer experience metricsProvide work estimates and ensure all programs and solutions are deliveredleveraging best practices and the CSG standards of program methodology andrelevant client processesCollaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create the overallstrategy and service delivery expectations based upon measurement andmanagement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating LevelAgreements (OLAs)Evolve and optimize the service and delivery model and ensure proper staffinglevels and skills are in place to execute on the strategyApprove all project/program proposals including scope, timeline, risk,requirements and change control, and be accountable for internal P&L ofeach prProactively monitor overall progress, resolve issues and initiate correctiveaction

Bachelor's degree in Business, related field, or equivalent experienceProficiency in English in a business environment10+ years of experience of service delivery in a multi-product globalservices delivery environment10+ years of leadership experience with demonstrated success building andleading support and delivery teamsExperience in customer relationship management with the ability grow accounts
