  The Role:

  The Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua NA Partnerships Director position will be responsible for the profitable growth of Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua in North America by:

  (i) coordinating the commercial efforts between Xylem North America´s direct commercial and project delivery teams and Idrica´s North America team

  (ii) structuring, managing, and growing relationships with external sales and delivery organizations to support Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua´s profitable expansion.

  (iii) supporting the evolution of Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua´s NA commercial strategy by identifying and executing new go to market strategies.

  In order achieve this goal, the Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua NA Partnerships Director will ensure that these activities are aligned with product, practice, marketing and sales leadership throughout Xylem.

  Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial activities: Work with Xylem commercial teams to identify and develop Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua opportunities by providing commercial guidance and support during the sales and proposal stages. Ensure the viability of the opportunities being identified by the commercial teams.

  • Serve as a liaison between Idrica and Xylem commercial teams: Act as the main point of contact for Xylem North America´s commercial teams in their relationship with Idrica´s North America commercial and delivery team. Work with Xylem and Idrica teams to identify and execute areas of improvement in the relationship.

  • Responsible for the growth of Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua pipeline, orders and revenue in North America and the achievement of the yearly targets.

  • Identify new go to market strategies: Work with Xylem sales, product, marketing and delivery teams to identify new venues to market aimed to expand Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua sales, revenue and profitability.

  • Promote One Xylem: Collaborate with broader Xylem organization to align with the company's strategic vision to drive new partnerships and alliances in order to foster One Xylem collaboration and synergies.

  • Nurture Key Relationships:

  External: End-users, channel partners, consulting engineers, contractors, technology partners, industry associations, system integrators.

  Internal: Xylem product management, marketing, sales leaders in North America.

  Minimum Experience:

  • Engineering or bachelor’s degree required.

  • 12+ years of experience in sales/business development in the water / wastewater market.

  • Proven experience in selling and promoting digital solutions.

  • Proven experience with indirect sales channels

  • Action and results oriented, able to communicate strategies and tactics and resolve obstacles.

  • Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify and champion innovative solutions.

  • Demonstrated organizational agility, influence and leadership ability to effectively drive and execute initiatives within a matrixed environment.

  • Excellent writing, presentation, decision making, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong listening and influencing skills, as well as intercultural competence.

  Travel requirement: 30%. The position is remote with a preference for candidates on the Eastern/Central regions.

  SALARY : The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
