  Pay Range 71k - 89k

  As a Senior Account Associate, you’ll be supported by an Account Assistant and the Sales team to grow your accounts. You will be under the supervision of an Account Manager for regular direction, and you will be equipped with the essential skills to take ownership and nurture the expansion of your perfumery and beauty portfolio. Overall, your contributions will revolve around delivering winning fragrances and value-added presentations that positively impact the lives of our fine fragrance consumers.

  Your key responsibilities

  Manage projects for requested and proactive perfumery briefs from development to client launch. 

  Collaborate and lead with your manager the crafting of compelling sales pitches, proposals, and comprehensive business overviews.

  Act as a critical, key point of contact for assigned clients and effectively be comfortable being a communication channel between the company and the client. 

  Partner with various cross-functional teams (Evaluation, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Operations & Perfumers) to help finalize client samples and final submissions.

  Monitor, maintain and present the internal & external data systems while tracking the sales activity

  Assure high quality output of data, documentation, and information (internal and for clients) 

  Take the lead in introducing and presenting innovative strategic sales and creative initiatives to all clients, ensuring DSM-Firmenich maintains its unique position in the competitive landscape.

  You bring

  Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years in sales, and or marketing, advertising, consulting space (ideally in an account, project management or new business development support role.)

  Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP preferred, but not required. Basic foundation in data analytics

  Harbors macro knowledge on the beauty and fine fragrance universe

  Excellent oral & written communication skills for internal & external clients

  Ability to succeed in a fast-paced working environment

  Proactive go-getter with the confidence to take the lead on specific initiatives with an ability to collaborate.
