Description

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join a global field marketing team with a client in Sandy Springs, Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing various types of events, both virtual and in-person, while collaborating with the field marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute a variety of events, from smaller gatherings to larger workshops

• Collaborate with the field marketing team to deliver global community events

• Maintain consistent communication with US-based field markers

• Manage the scheduling of global events within the United States

• Utilize tools such as CRM and Calendar Management for efficient event planning

• Ensure all event details, including catering and other logistical needs, are handled promptly and accurately

• Use software tools like CVENT

• Manage budget processes for each event to ensure cost-effectiveness

• Resolve any customer inquiries related to the events in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements

• Exceptional CRM (Customer Relationship Management) skills

• Should have a strong understanding of Budget Processes

• Must be adept at Calendar Management

• Excellent Communication skills are essential.
