Established Law Firm Seeking Talented Plaintiff-Side Class Action Attorney

Well-respected law firm with a proven track record of success in complex plaintiff-side class action litigation. Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to identify potential class action claims.

Draft and file complaints, motions, and other pleadings in federal and state courts.

Manage all aspects of class certification, including briefing and arguing motions.

Conduct discovery, including witness depositions and document production.

Work collaboratively with co-counsel and experts to prepare for trial.

Negotiate favorable settlements for the plaintiff class.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and keep them informed of case developments.

Requirements

Qualifications

J.D. degree from a reputable law school ACTIVE CA BAR LICSENSE.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff-side class action litigation.

Proven track record of success in obtaining class certification and achieving positive outcomes for plaintiffs.

Excellent analytical and writing skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Experience in class action litigation is a plus.
