　　The successful candidate will:

　　Establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external customers at various levels.

　　Analyze results and report on operational performance to senior management.

　　Recommend or implement actions to address performance metrics and achieve targets for profitability, productivity and efficiency.

　　Deliver high levels of professionalism and exceptional customer service.

　　Implement and promote a safe working environment.

　　Have the flexibility to work a varied schedule and travel to our customers’ locations.

　　The successful candidate will possess the following combination of Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

　　At minimum a college diploma, ideally in business or management studies, or equivalent education and experience.

　　A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

　　Effective written, verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

　　A strong capability to train, build and motivate a diverse team.

　　Strong organization and accuracy in all facets of work.

　　A desire to learn and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.

　　A clean or near clean driving record.

　　Retail or Warehouse experience is an asset.
