Job Description

　　Job Title: Associate Technician, Assembly

　　Reports To: Associate Director, Logistics

　　Position Location: Raleigh, NC

　　FLSA Status: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Line Clearance

　　Labeling

　　Order Pulling

　　Assist on labeler or filling machine

　　Assist in all areas of CAP shipments

　　Fill out all documentation as necessary

　　Read and understand work orders

　　Keep work stations fully stocked

　　Performs other duties as assigned

　　Education:

　　High School diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent

　　Experience:

　　0-1 years of previous related experience

　　Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

　　Good communication skills.

　　Good organizational skills.

　　Attention to detail.

　　Thrives on the opportunity to excel.

　　Strong computer skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word as well as current accounting software.

　　Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressure, within deadlines or other time essential constraints

　　Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization

　　Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization

　　Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

　　Control exposures to hazardous chemicals and other safety hazards such as:

　　Carcinogens

　　Strong and obnoxious fumes

　　Sharp and dangerous blades and needles.

　　Biohazard exposure to specimens
