　　Social Workers (MSWs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide assessments and support systems to patients with psychosocial needs.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Master's Degree in Social Work

　　Alaska Masters Social Worker License upon hire. Or Alaska Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.

　　Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

　　2 years of experience in acute care medial social work

　　Must have experience with patient and family assessment and diverse populations to include the chronically ill, older adult and underserved populations

　　Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
