The Talent Search Orange & Newark (TSON) program seeks dynamic culturally responsive, human-centered Youth Development Specialists (YDS) to guide early college and career readiness preparation and adaptive school-based and Saturday programming for 6th-12th grade students.The Center for PreCollege Programs administers precollege and pipeline programs designed to educate, inspire and prepare students to be successful in secondary and post-secondary education while promoting a college-going culture. The Talent Search Orange & Newark (TSON) program is a federally grant-funded program that identifies and assists middle and high school students who have the potential to succeed in higher education.This position is contingent upon continuation of grant funding. |

Immunization Requirements Under Policy 60.1.35 , Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
