Based in Stavanger, Norway (#LI-Onsite) as Manager of Projects and Planning you will have a responsibility for the project management and systems engineering functions within RE&D (Research, Engineering & Development) department, ensuring that all related activities in the company are planned, coordinated and resourced.
The main objective for the position is to ensure that we execute our NPD (New Product Development) projects effectively and that resource usage is properly planned and supports the company’s plans.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Leading a team of project managers and systems engineers within our RE&D department
Own the RE&D resource planning processes to support project execution
Drive New Product Development processes to ensure effective execution of projects
Manage any cross-project processes
Engage with software, electronics and mechanical design departments for planning and process alignment

For This Role, You Will Need:
A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Systems engineering or other relevant field
Experience with product development project management
Experience with multi-discipline product development
Knowledge of new Product Development frameworks, such as NPD
English language proficiency
