WHAT YOU'LL DO

　　We are seeking a strong candidate to support our Risk & Compliance Practice in operational and strategic issues.

　　You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.

　　YOU'RE GOOD AT

　　Your responsibilities will include supporting internal projects (analyses, online questionnaires, etc.), assist updates of internal reports and benchmarks (conducting online research, maintaining databases, preparing internal newsletters, etc.) and handling administrative (filing, mail, etc.) as well as organizational tasks (organizing events and meetings, supporting marketing activities, etc.).

　　YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

　　Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies (socio-economic sciences or similar)

　　Some previous experience in the Risk & Compliance area as a working student or an intern and interest in Risk & Compliance topics

　　Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and organizational skills

　　Written and verbal communication skills in both German and English

　　Creative, yet structured problem solver and autonomous self-starter

　　Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks in parallel

　　* Strong interpersonal credibility, reliability, and service mentality
