Description

　　Robert Half Legal is seeking a skilled Legal Analyst in Rhode Island for our exceptional client. Ideal candidate will have insurance sector experience and strong legal research skills who can provide support to the Legal & Compliance Services Department and also working with the President's Office. Very flexible hybrid schedule, great pay, stellar benefits and PTO.

　　Skills & Abilities:

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and advanced problem-solving skills.

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively managing multiple tasks.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Act as a liaison with external counsel; monitor litigation status.

　　Conduct legal research; prepare memorandums.

　　Respond to inquiries from insurance companies, attorneys, and insurance departments.

　　Assist in maintaining corporate compliance and preparing regular compliance status reports.

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　At least 3 years of relevant experience.

　　Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.

　　Proficiency in online legal research services, spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and project-related software is a must.
