　　Job Description

　　This position is responsible for performing data analysis, research and analysis of regulations and laws under supervisory direction, and perform other requirements imposed on the Bureau for conducting its work as the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) State Survey Agency. This position performs work with the CMS Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation Systems (iQIES) project personnel and Minimum Data Set files, CMS Technical Support Office (QTSO), Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) Customer Support to assist with completing assignments.

　　This position will be utilized to provide user support for the CMS Automated Survey Processing Environment (ASPEN) Suite of programs and iQIES. The ASPEN applications are the data repository for certified providers regulated by CMS. BSC utilizes ASPEN applications to conduct certification activities for health care providers and suppliers certified by CMS.
