About the Role:We are looking for a Workfront Developer/Configuration Specialist with a strong background in configuring and developing Adobe Workfront solutions. The role will focus on developing customized workflows, automating processes, and enhancing user experience across multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, develop, and customize Adobe Workfront workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports.Support the integration of Adobe Workfront with other tools, collaborating closely with IT teams.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the Workfront platform.Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into platform configurations and solutions.Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience with Adobe Workfront development, configuration, and customization.Bachelor's degree required.Strong knowledge of marketing workflows and best practices within Workfront.Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions clearly.Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or CRM integrations with Workfront.Experience with HTML, JavaScript, or APIs is a plus.A minimum of 1-2 years of consulting experience.Compensation Statement:

The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Analyst: $75,000-$100,000; Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$185,000; Director: $150,000-$225,000. In addition, AandM offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
